A BIG thank you to those who arrived at midnight to suction the water out of our basement and reassure us that everything would be all right, and to those who lugged a water-logged carpet to their truck and to those who packed and then unpacked all the boxes (we had a LOT of stuff to pack) and to the crew who removed, replaced and painted the drywall and mouldings, and Luis who not only measured and ordered the replacement carpet and hardwood but installed the carpet by himself so that we wouldn't experience a delay while he tried to find a crew to do it and especially to Conda Restoration who gave us what appears like brand-new antique furniture and to the last crew who cleaned tar off of all the tile floors, dusted everything and steam-cleaned our stairway carpet. And finally another big thank you to Fernando who kept everything moving forward. Everyone was pleasant, professional, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and as you state in your brochure .... treated our home like it was their own.
We couldn't be more pleased and happy with our new and improved living area downstairs. While we hope we never have the need of your restoration expertise again, we would welcome you back into our home again without hesitation - indeed we'd insist on it.

Scheduling was a challenge with many staff going on vacation, and our own commitments, but communication by phone and email helped to resolve some problems. Thank you for an overall very good renovation experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promus made our basement disaster (flood) into a pleasant experience !!!! We couldn't believe the level of service and attention....they were at our place within hours. They cleaned and removed everything in a timely fashion. Dealing with Ralph (I think he is owner ) was very professional . I would recommend this company to anyone !
