Somehow, my young daughter and I used three times the amount of fuel as the grown man and his grown son who were "ripping around" the whole time we were out. Either the filling was in error or our waverunner was damaged and using an inordinate amount of fuel. When asked about the discrepancy, there was just a shrug of the shoulders from the staff. Would definitely rent from somewhere else.
R	Ryan Kaila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Rented jetskis and they gave us a faulty key that came off while driving and fell into the water. Rented for 1 hour and 45 minutes of that time was spent on them trying to give us another key. They still charged the full amount and didn't try to reconcile whatsoever. Do not go here!!!

Their boats are completely run down, our boat was not cleaned (chip crumbs, bottle caps throughout the boat), no cushions on the back rests of all the seats, no COVID measures in place, was overcharged over $200 for our rental and no one will return our calls or emails. VERY shady operation. They should be out of business.
O	Olivia Glassman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT FROMS THIS PLACE! My family and I rented a boat for water skiing. The boat broke down half way through and was TERRIBLE for water skiing. We rented a wakeboard that same day that had no straps which made it much more hard. The next day we wanted to rent a jet ski we booked it for 4:00 and we arrived there a half an hour early. When we arrived there and we wanted to check in he said we booked it for 2:00 when he SPECIFICALLY said 4:00. TERRIBLE service DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
B	Ben Frost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a sketchy business. All of the equipment we rented was in terrible condition and had not been maintained correctly. The pricing was far too high for what we got. The boat had most of its cushions missing and was scratched on the hull. The jet skis were fun and ran well but the seats were ripped and was scratching my legs. Overall not a 100% safe experience.
D	Deb B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 4 wave runners. They were very clear that if the one machine with 2 ppl flipped it would be my fault and extra fee. Ended up going so slow with 2 ppl on the machine and when I complained that it was too tippy, the worker got on with one person and rode around saying that it is my fault for being a lame driver. I then chat with the person at the till to find out it is a singles machine and tips all the @#&%> time. Lied to and made to feel like a fool… when the worker KNEW the machine was wrong and had flipped many times before.
m	more dots on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came by to rent a boat right at 10 am which is their operating hours. I could cleary see that there were boats to rent (awful condition) including a few docked jet skis. Went to the counter only to be told that there were no rentals for any craft till 6pm with 0 valid reason as to why. Went to rent from a more prepared dealer, only to notice an hour later that other customers were renting jet skis with no problem. Judging by the other reviews it was probably a blessing in disguise. Go to a more reputable rental shop avoid this place.
