★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharon is great, always helpful and ready to help. She has a wide variety of items packed into a tiny store.
Full of lots of pets products for all species. Live fish, often live birds, and some small rodents occasionally too(brought in on purpose?). Crickets and meal worms, just all the stuff really.
She is very well stocked for all of our pets. We are very lucky to have her. She is also willing to try new things and suggestions which is great.
On top of all of that she has some clothes and toys, a small selection of gift items, some candy, sewing items, a huge selection of useful gadgets and handy items and so much more. If that were not enough to stuff into one store she also sells Avon and carries a lot of the most popular items in stock.
She really has a little of everything, which makes it a lot! Definitely worth checking out. A little Gem, and all alone now in that little strip of the street but don't mistake her for a store to miss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharon is a super helpful and friendly lady and she has almost anything you might need besides groceries in the store.... the critters, birds, and fish are lovely to watch and there's a little bit of everything to look at. The jewelery is nice and clothes are quite cute. Very decent prices AVON is also available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t give me fiancé a receipt when she bought a litter scooper and when she tried to take it back they wouldn’t let her return it without a receipt but they didn’t give her one so they wouldn’t return it. Today when we went to buy cat food my fiancé noticed the price with gst was a dollar higher than it should have been so when she went back in to ask about it he said it was a fee their machine charged for credit cards but there was no sign or disclaimer about fees being charged for credit cards. They have also overcharged us other times. Then I was waiting outside in the car and my fiancé came out to the car and then the owner came out and approached my vehicle looking angry and came up to my car window and he told us if we didn’t like how they did business that we shouldn’t come back again. We also met a lady in the dog park a few months ago that told us she wouldn’t shop at that store anymore either because the owner was rude to her about what type of dog food she was going to buy saying she would never feed her dogs that. We like to support local small businesses but not when they treat people like this. We haven’t experienced this issue with any other business in town. We’d rather drive to Calgary to get pet food once a week now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just recently moved to town. I find that this place has super high prices. The customer service isn't what it should be, I always feel as if I'm interrupting a conversation, she's not very friendly. Also I find they will sell you anything just to make a buck. They have very poor knowledge when it comes to the animals they keep. I'd rather drive all the way to Okotoks where they actually know what they are doing.
