★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Starbucks today and my expierence was 10/10 the lady who took my order was very polite and helpful, she recommended a drink I haven't tried before and it is now one of my new favorites! Both women I talked to at the window were very friendly and lovely to deal with (puppy also got a puppachino) she's very happy lol. I am very impressed with my expierence for my first time going to the new location. Thanks for making my day and for the amazing expierence ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to the new Starbucks and it’s GORGEOUS! Everyone was super sweet and the coffee and danish I got were delicious. I wonder why it says they are closed on Google, because they are definitely open, and they are amazing. Google please fix their listing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a new location, but out of 4 orders, 3 tasted off and 3 had broken lids (espresso is hard to get out of clothes). Quality control is lacking, so double check your drink is right before leaving the store/parking lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally can't believe the nerve of the employee with the purple hair! Who does she think she is? I mobile ordered drinks for my daughter and I while sitting at Nottawasaga Pines SS. From there I drove to the Starbucks and up to the box. With traffic and lights it probably took me 7 minutes or so to get there. I was rudely told I have to wait ten minutes after placing a mobile order to drive up. I tried to explain that I basically did before she cut me off. I get to the window and she legit came over and proceeded to argue and try to call me a liar saying the computer showed I had ordered it one minute prior. I don't care what the system says. It's wrong! I go to Starbucks at least once per day at various locations around here and the GTA and have NEVER had this issue. Nor have I had a staff member be this level of rude. Brutal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going there but the woman working the drive-thu was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I heard her helping the other newbie in front of me and she made her suggestions sound so good, I had to try too. It tasted great and will definitely go back. Prices are higher but it is fancier stuff.
