★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They posted that during the week they are closed at 8:00 pm. I have gone before 8:00 pm on three different occasions and they were either already closed or were in the process of closing. The one time, I was told "yeah, it says we close at 8:00 but we start closing at 7:35." This meant that they had already turned off the gas pumps. It was disappointing, because normally they have such good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in tonight paid for gas and lotto tickets and the attendant Jazz forgot to give me my lotto tickets. Upon arriving home, I realized and called back and he advised me I would have to come back to get my $10. He claims he canceled the lotto tickets after I left. He also claimed he has video evidence that he gave me the tickets. Well if you gave me the tickets then the video would prove that. And you didn't hand me my tickets. You kept them. I'm not driving over an house away to get $10. He refused to refund me over the phone saying no Esso is able to punch in credit cards manually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always try to rip you off. If you order a pizza from them it's never the price on the menu. They add their " tip" on top and hope you don't notice. They put the bare minimum for toppings on the pizzas. Terrible business..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me a burger needs to have the right flavour, thickness, right condiments, fresh toppings besides a fresh brioche/bun. I may have visited this place thrice in the past year or so but each time my experience of a true authentic burger was nothing less than the best. If you are one of those who would never like to perch for less than a great burger this is the place you should try! Whosoever has sculpted the burger at this place has done a phenomenal job!!!
