Placed an online order here on Sunday May 23rd and my order was declined without reason maybe 30 min after the order was placed, no one reached out to me as to why.
Again tried ordering tonight, Monday May 24th and this time my order was placed and estimated for delivery for 45 min. Well, I was fooled again, this time my order never showed up. No phone call, no nothing. I recieced a survey from head office asking if I liked my order, at this point I'm just sad and hangry when I gave my experience. Fast forward to almost 8pm my order shows up and I had no choice to refuse it. I ordered my food at around 540pm.
A phone call would have been nice, no one should slip through the cracks for that long without some form of communication. I would have been understanding had someone just taken a minute to call me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys close early for a pizza place as it is and then consistently close earlier than the advertised time basically every day, including Fridays and Saturdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right now I ordered two pizzas and got them delivered, and when I asked for the sauce they said we don't have the sauce, isn't it weird? Spend more than $ 31 and do not have a simple ketchup sauce, and also they do not use gloves and immediately after taking the order with the computer went to the food and they packed and touched the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as we walked in it Looked like they were upset to have a customer. Then their washrooms yucks ? and pizza was like raw veggies on a bread. No flavour at all. Don’t have no seasoning, no dipping sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, the food at this location is undercooked and incorrectly made. They put the green pepper RAW on top of the pizza (forgot to put it on?). The dough was gooey still from being severely undercooked. Don't just take my word for it. See pictures attached.
I've complained in the past and Pizza Hut does nothing. Wish I could get a refund.
