I wanted to buy stone at Georgian Bay Outdoors Landscape and Masonry. They quoted me $7.20 per square foot. I wanted to pay for the stone with my credit card on the spot but the salesperson, Alex, said that it wasn’t necessary as he would send me the quote via email and I could pay then. When I received the quote less than 2 hours later, he had increased the price to $9.50 per square foot- over 30% increase! He said it was due to increasing shipment costs but the stone was in stock. I emailed and called the next day with no response.
I found the same stone at Kell’s Garden City in Innisfil for $6.75 per square foot and they were amazingly helpful and responsive.

Have been to a few places here, but nothing comes close to the selection, stock, and most importantly fantastic people with amazing attitude.
From the Order Desk to Yard Staff, everyone has been so fantastic.
Truly great experience, and I am running out of superlatives to describe my experience.
