★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have experienced the same with the phone calls.. sometimes it rings for along time before they answer and then they apologize because they only have one staff member.. ?? We have also the same complaint about the crust.. tastes like too much yeast or something.. some staff have been good while others have forgotten mushrooms and only 2 meat toppings on meat lovers pizza. Never had these issues with other pizza pizza locations. They definitely have room for improvements at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst pizza pizza franchisee. They don't answer the phone even when you are standing in the line because you tried to call 3 times while driving there. Pizza cook opened the cheese bag with his mouth then went nextdoor to serve ice cream without washing his hands. Plus they got my order wrong. No mushrooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm rating the burger place directly beside Pizza Pizza. Great burgers here, a large serving of really good hot fries. You can sit outside on their tables. I was surprised here. Really good. Do check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time buying slices from this place. Hawaiian slice was doughy rubbery and lukewarm. I don't think these people have a clue about pizza. Go to one of 2 pizza places in Creemore 2 km West for decency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a deluxe slice. It looked old when they put it in the oven. I asked the guy if it was fresh and said it was. It tasted terrible. Very dry and definitely not fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. One staff member. Spent most of the time working at the burger place. When he was finally done with the customers over there I had the choice of a very greasy pepperoni slice or an old looking slice of veggie. Poor service. Poor food. Poor staffing.

On arrival waited at order counter for five minutes (yes five minutes, check cameras) and then an employee yelled from the burger restaurant attached that he would be right over. Five minutes later he arrived to take our order. My friend and I both got slices. So after waiting, ordering, heating pizza, and being served it took 20 mins to get slices of ready made pizza in the display case. That’s not acceptable.
