He kept in contact withme while it was being brought up from another store and even delivered it to my home. Nothing but great customer service through my whole experience. Not only is she friendly but she is super knowledgeable about all things Huron Tractor and the products they sell and service. If ever you have a question she is always available to answer it. Definitely a valuable asset to Huron Tractor.
I would also like to mention that Jacob who picked up and delivered our machine was professional and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned store and was told lawnmower blade sharpening would be $7.50. Went to store and gave them the blade, and when it was done, I was charged $20.
Asked the person at Service Counter about the price for sharpening and she told me that $20 was the set price.
Walker's charges $10 and to buy a universal replacement blade at Canadian tire costs $17-$25.
Think I should have just bought a replacement blade for a couple dollars more.
****Just read reply from owner: the owner is wrong. I brought only 1 blade and I have the invoice to prove it. Since, I had been overcharged for the sharpening of one blade, I feel it would be reasonable for this business to rectify this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huron Tractor Stayner has an excellent Sthil and Honda sales division. I needed a Sthil chainsaw and called a few locations that sell the products. When I called other locations I was told to come in and find what I wanted. When I called Gillian Finlay at Huron I told her how I would use the saw she recommeded the exact correct machine for my application. I told her I wanted it and when I stopped in it was sitting there with my name and invoice completed. It was exactly the saw I needed and was a super easy buying process!!! Thank you Gillian !!
