I am a regular customer in these location but this time i went these morning and i ordered chai soy latte no foam but they gave me half foam of my drink, and i don't have enough time to ask them to remake it because I am going to work. Not impressed at all.

Fast service and kind staff. My girlfriend always buys here morning coffee here because she works at the mall. And it always taste good and they make it all the time, just how she likes it.

Ordered a CB frapp replaced caramel drizzle with toffee sprinkles charges me a dollar extra and made a latte by mistake. The clerk who took my order pay zero attention, slouching body language and gives dirty glares Starbucks has become very unprofession. Will not return, my money is worth elsewhere thank you, no thank you.

Ordered two drinks on mobile order app for pickup . Watched 3 customers at the store order drinks afterwards and pickup after I put in my mobile order. Had to ask the barista where my mobile order is and it seemed they ignored the mobile order and didn’t make it until I asked about it. I don’t write bad reviews but this is poor customer service especially since I’m a daily Starbucks customer.

Ordered my fave drink (mango dragonfruit lemonade) in trenta size with less ice (my usual order). I specifically reiterated my order to the sales assistant/cashier. I was in a hurry and on the phone with my boss when the barista called my name so I was not able to check the amount of ice in my drink. When I had the chance to take a sip, I finally noticed the amount of ice was more than I have specified. This is the SECOND time I have this experience in this location. I have given this branch another chance but I am VERY disappointed with the service. Please pay particular attention to the requests of your customers. We are paying good money and we deserve the best service. One of the best Starbucks branch I have visited is at 7218 Macleod Trail SE. They are courteous and professional in their approach with the customers.

A clean Starbucks with decent wait times and polite staff; no issues beyond the fact there's no seating within the location and no real ones nearby; which isn't much of an issue for a mall; but still something nonetheless

I had a very bad experience yesterday at this location. I’ve never would’ve thought a customer service at Starbucks do that. I ordered 2 iced white mocha with light ice and waited for about 10 minutes because it was so busy. When my order was ready, I found out that the drink wasn’t light ice. I went to the barista and asked for a straw then told him that I ordered the drink light ice, he was so angry and another lady barista said I put light ice, then he said let me change it and tried to catch cup from my hand and still angry, and the cup was about to be opened and some of the drink came out on my hands. I said I’m not planning to change it, and I’m just telling you. I couldn’t imagine what he said. That’s how aggressive he was when trying to take the cup from my hands. He said loudly why do you have to say it?! He means when I don’t want to change why did I even told them that the drink is not light ice and that they’ve done a mistake. Then he just left me standing without neglecting me and saying nothing without even looking to me and he continued work. That was so rude from a customer service to deal with the situation like that. I just didn’t want to change the drink because it was busy and I waited so long so I wasn’t ready to wait more. I wanted to tell them that they did mistake so they don’t repeat it and a courtesy of me that I’m not asking for redoing the drink because it’s so busy too. Customer service shouldn’t treat customers like that, shouldn’t be angry on customers and try to satisfy them, shouldn’t raise their voice, should look to customers while talking to them and even him trying to catch the cup from my hands that was ridiculously mean and so aggressive. No one said even sorry about that. That was a very unexpected and unpleasant situation and a rude and disrespectful customer service behaviour from Starbucks employee. I don’t know how this person is dealing with public on a daily basis. So disappointed with this location!

I’ve never had bad experiences with Starbucks except for this location. What a bad customer service! I asked a cashier to reload $20, but she put $25 into a debit/credit card machine, which was okay. Anyone can make any mistakes, but when I pointed out that there was a mistake that she made, she looked annoyed, mumbling something that I hardly understood.
