I really enjoyed my first visit to a Starbucks (I know ,how could it possibly be my first visit)& the service was great and my frappuccino was delicious.

The ladies there are always ridiculously cheerful and pleasant. They make it so nice to stop in to get coffee in the morning. Always a highlight of my day!

I've encountered the same problem numerous times at various Starbucks and as a result I make a point of being very clear while ordering. A "white-chocolate hot chocolate" is often prepared as a "white-chocolate mocha". I don't drink coffee at all and when order make it crystal clear I'm after a hot chocolate not a mocha. Somehow this location made the same mistake twice. I really can't understand how after making the mistake once - how it was made again.

We went to the store in Victoria square mall , there bought chai tea latte, ask them for no sugar latte , it's for a diabetic patient. Came back to the car and tasted it , it is way too sweet. I went back again just to mention them it's sweet and they are not at all ready to accept it . And I end up giving it back to them very bad customer service they did not offer a new latte without sugar staff is not trained. plz train your staff. Poor customer service

Safeway ar Victoria Square Mall staff st Starbucks are the best! They are friendly, take the time to get to know you . They also make great drinks!

Didn't get the size of cup that my husband ask cause the lady said she think they don't do that and u don't get ur star they don't do that I will not be coming back there

The day prior I had purchased a tumbler from the south land mall Starbucks located within the Safeway. When I got home I realized that there was a ding on the bottom of the cup. The next day I was working on the east side of town and decided to take the tumbler to exchange for one that wasn't broken, but the cashier and one of the barista took a look at my receipt and read that I had purchased this tumbler at the south land location and told me that the only way I could exchange this was to travel across town to the south land to exchange. Knowing that this was incorrect, I repeatedly questioned the statement that I would have to go to another store to exchange a product that they had in front of me. Knowing that they were busy and not wanting to make a scene (which I almost did). So reluctantly I traveled across town to exchange the tumbler at the "only" place that I could exchange this. I told this to the baristas that were working at the south-land mall Starbucks location, in which they reassured me that I was correct in thinking that the baristas didn't want to deal with shorting - dealing with the right-off within their store. Normally I would ignore this and move on, but because I have worked in retail in the past I understand all of the concepts surrounding product, and the way that these women spoke to me as if I had no idea what they were doing. I have a feeling it either comes down to ignorance or a lack in overall training, as returned/exchanges are elementary operations in any type of business operations. Just for a little more detail, this occurred on February 22, at 1:45pm. I didn't get the workers names, even though I should have.
