★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty new Starbucks. Large & very nice. The young lady who helped me was a little uncomfortable with English, but was SO very nice. Restrooms were very clean. A really goof store & location (judging by the full house mid afternoon). It also offered a drive through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive through, customer service was great! Employee at the window saw our baby and gave her a pop cake, never expected that. He was very welcoming and kind, noticed my wife didn't speak French and switched to speaking English. We need more people like you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathrooms closed!!!! Not great customer service. Went to grab my coffee and found out that their bathroom is not open. Left without purchasing my vente mango dragonfruit lemonade! Yeah sorry, I will not be visiting this Starbucks at Hwy 2 and Wilson if they cannot make their bathroom open for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience at this Location. The first time I went the bathrooms and dining area were closed. The cashier told me to speak up, and didn’t seem to care about my order. I said maybe they were having a bad day. I went today again, ordered a cranberry bliss bar pointed out at the banner on the wall, and at the counter with my finger three times and said the name, she came with a breakfast box. Then she said oh you meant “Cranberry”, oh ok. And said I don’t think we have, I asked her please can you check, at the end they had boxes. Another employee told us we had to show our vaccinations passports, I showed mine and she answered “we are now closing the dining area, you can’t stay” it was 1 pm. Finally, just to warn you they have no schedule is not clear when it opens, at what time they close. When can you dine in? If they are closing at 1 pm. At least inform google maps? Update your schedule and train your staff. Music is loud and they wave at you and ask you to speak up. If you speak english you will be ignored and if you a an accent in french they wont even try to understand. C’mon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service but the wait time is ridiculous. I am aware they are missing staff but when the line up goes out of the parking lot and into the street I would hope management would step in with a plan to rectify the problem. Too long to wait for coffee.
