★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting 40 mins for 2 drinks while they pass more than 10 clients behind me. I go at the counter to let them know that they forgot me and she says oh they are making my drinks. 15 more mins and still nothing! No even excuses they wouldn’t give my boyfriend the drinks since im the one who was waiting. I clearly showed her on the app that I ordered since 5:50 i got out of the shop at 6:35. They are really not serious. I really don’t recommend this location they don’t have customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The afternoon shift employee are adorable. But the morning people ? On google it says it open at 6:00. I called at 6:30 since the door was close to be told it now open at 6:30 but that they will open in 10 minutes...
Last time I asked if they could do a hot toffee nut latte and the morning girls told me it wasn't on the menu....

I’m not one to ever give a bad review but when something happens over and over again, Its time to speak up.
They close whenever they please, mid-day! So they make people waste time driving there.
The drive-thru is BARELY open.
And when it is, the restaurant is closed.
Staff is not friendly! Orders are clearly not prepared with care.
I’ve been here Many times but i’ve officially stopped grabbing coffee at this location.
Never happy when I leave there.
Suggestion: Either get New management/Staff or shut down the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but the line ups and wait time every day is ridiculous. The inside is never open so everyone is at the drive through. There's 4+ people working at the drive through and it still takes forever to get your coffee. And I've noticed lately that my drinks aren't even mixed properly. I know they are understaffed lately and it's a lot of pressure on the employees, but management needs to get involved or just simply shut down this location because it's like this everyday
