★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great with the right server. Today I was lucky enough to be served by the same young lady I had the other day. I'm assuming she has received disability awareness training because she put my coffee together by adding the cream & sugar which is very much appreciated when you're in a wheelchair. The other day, a young gentleman offered no such service and although it's not impossible to do, it really makes it easier as opposed to wheeling over to the area with cream & sugar with a hot coffee sitting between your legs. This young lady should be commended for her extra effort. Others need disability training which is not just for people in wheelchairs but think of the mother with a stroller and a young one in her arms.

TERRIBLE seating at this location though. VERY loud Muzak on tinny speakers too. Plus smokers sit and smoke cigars and cigs right by the tables on the “no” smoking property. Not exactly appetizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom smelt awful. Over stench of urine. We Let the staff know and they said it always smells like that. Seriously if I am going to spend 10 bucks on a coffee especially during Covid times, I expect it to be super sonic clean. Disgusting! The owner should be ashamed. There are deodorizing enzymes that take away urine smells and sanitize. Please clean your bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store ahead of time as I was looking for a specific product. tHe staff was very helpful over the phone. When I came to pick up my product, i did not have a mask but the staff graciously offered a free one. Overall, a great experience.
