★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Reserve store is beautiful and with great employees. I am always buying my sugar free syrups bottled for home there. With that great location and such good-looking Cold brew fountain this is one of my favorite Starbucks store from downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just there 5 mins ago and the “lady” working there was sitting down. She saw me coming in and she sighed because god forbid she has to get up and actually serve me. If i’m spending a decent amount on breakfast items and a tall drink, please be nice to me. People reading this, don’t ever go to this Starbucks location. Out of all the location they had to close, this one should have been the first one in Montreal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first Starbucks location I’ve seen in Canada carrying Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew coffee. They were offering free samples during my visit. The Nitro feels like drinking something carbonated without the carbonation. It feels light when you drink it, but heads up that it is highly caffeinated.
Shoutout to Kali, the barista who (when there was no line) handed me a lovely piece of latte art. What a nice touch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly service. Quick to provide drinks. Not as quick to provide the food. That said, I really liked they kept the line for ordering super short by being efficient. I wish more Starbucks did the same thing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cheapen out on ingredients! Their Fraps are too liquid, their straws are made out of paper, and their kiwi drink has almost no kiwi at all... the baristas are cute though, which makes it that much harder to complain.
