★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've found this to be one of the better RBC branches that I've seen. The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and welcoming. There is often a lineup but they often have someone able to help you at the ATM if you can use that, instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been banking with RBC for a while. Unfortunately, I am not able to bank at the branch on a daily bases. However, the once to twice a year that I do get to visit. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. As long as there is a branch here. I plan to continue to bank here, with RBC.

No sense of urgency, no respect, and they don't even listen on the phone.
I lost business because I chose this bank as a business account.
You mention your concerns and there isn't much that can be done.
I highly recommend a more serious and professional back. I will be changing banks after 10 years of loyalty to this one. They treat you like less than a number. Not only do they not help when there is a problem they are constantly trying to up sell you and not be accountable for their mistakes. You are constantly transferred from one department to another without briefing and lots of finger pointing between their own staff.
