★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very convenient for the travelers staying in the the fairmont hotel and really wanted a cup of coffee in that time. After shopping in Marché Artisans, we took a break lounged in the rocking chair and had two coffee. Signature drip coffee was normal but iced Americano was bland as colored water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is inside the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. The coffee they have is great, probably top 10 in the city. The staff are very nice and competent, would definitely recommend checking out. There is also complimentary WiFi available. It gets a bit busy and a bit loud during the day.

Recommend the cappuccino and ham sandwich (delicious, delicious, delicious).
They sell coffee bags also. High quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilariously bad cafe. I should have turned away when I saw they offered cappuccinos in multiple sizes. Watery coffee, dreadfully slow service. Nice big windows overlooking downtown’s ugliest street. The clientele of the Queen Elizabeth is miserable to be around. The chocolatine was ok. Just go to Myriade a block away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went probably 10 times for 3 days. The consistency of the coffee drinks was remarkable, regardless of the barista on duty. I tried most milky and plain coffee offerings, all were excellent. Service was super nice snd friendly. Went for the coffee, returned for the service too. Highly recommended

Update: we went again here.. and the coffee was great!! We ordered Brownie too and it was excellent ?. Special shout out to Zainab (Barista) - who made our experience super special ?
