★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were two lovely baristas, who were closing up on a Saturday, but they were so kind. All their desserts looked great, but I did not partake.
Warm decaf Americano on a slightly cold Saturday night, was needed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service i received today was really slow and disappointing. I waited over 10 minutes for a simple latte, during a quiet period of service and with only 1 order ahead of mine.
As i waited, i saw another order prepared, that was ordered after mine. Finally noticing me waiting, the barista then says “sorry, i forgot your order”, as if me patiently waiting in the pickup area, mere minutes after ordering, was not enough of an indication.
To make matters worse, when i finally received the latte, it is completely cold to the touch. The only consolation is that i was given a refund, the sole reason for which i am giving two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about sanitary regulations, but they are sure not taken seriously by a multi million international business.... This is laughable and actually very worrying... To the owner of this branch, how come you allow this? Where do you invest your money? Only two people, kids, working there on a friday evening? Do not blame the employees, figure it out. I am sending these photos to MAPAQ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Second Cups I've seen. It's clean, calm and had a soothing atmosphere. They have a relatively decent variety on the menu ranging from the obvious coffee's and all that, to sandwiches, to a lot of cakes/cheesecakes/brownies, and other stuff.
Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice coffee spot, great service and very friendly staff. Nice menu to choose from and they’re also fast. However, their restroom facilities were horrendous (dirty, filthy, paper dispenser out of paper, stinky, gross)
