★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday, November 26, 2020 - 1 slow moving barista, on in the morning. Like really ppl?? Why would you do that to your employees. Shame on you!! The manager should be aware that mornings are always busy at coffee shops and it's so unacceptable to ask a staff member to work alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a caramel macchiato. Some baristas squeeze the caramel so hard it instantly sinks to the bottom. Which is what makes a bitter drink until you get to the bottom. Then it's too sweet. Just ruins it
