β β β β β Was just in there , I have 0 context as to what happened but I came in to an elder asain woman belittling and harassing the staff for a refund and was being completely disrespectful. I don't do Starbucks often but this team at the Tillicum location always seem to be working very hard and no one deserves to be talked to the way they were. I wanted to let them know they are 10/10 in my books.

β β β β β Terrible service. Ordered a iced white mocha, paid extra for vanilla cold foam and caramel drizzle.. received a hot white mocha. Barista was annoyed but remade my drink but used whipped cream instead of the extras I PAID FOR! Also forgot to add the AΓ§ai to my daughters drink then the cream base to my other daughters drink. Wonβt be going back to that Starbucks!!

β β β β β Iβve been to this location many times and they are always rude. Beside that, they make alright drinks.
Being an ex-partner I find it interesting that a manager wouldnβt encourage their employees to be friendly to customers.

β β β β β Stopped by last week to grab a nice warm coffee on a miserable day.
Staff was super comforting and loved chatting with me my entire wait. Made the time fly by like it was nothing.
I Highly recommend meeting or talking to one staff member in peticular, Lyra. Shes super talkative and absolutly wonderful to chat with. The staff are super fun and have very bubbly personalities. Ill definetly be visiting often.

β β β β β Our venti iced coffees took 10 minutes to make and we were the only ones in the store. I watched one of the staff members make themselves a drink before making ours. They were all chatting and making no effort to be timely with our order. After all that they were rude and gave us a coffee that was 80% oat milk, 20% coffee. Wonβt be returning here.

β β β β β I usually only order iced drinks but this place does a good job with my order usually. The last time I ordered from here they really made a mess of the container and I was at the kiosk wiping mess constantly before leaving. I told my wife that usually Starbucks doesn't give us drinks like this, that's something I'd expect from a fast food chain. Either way, I've usually had pleasant experiences with this location.
