★ ★ ★ ★ ★ College Plaza is one of the best locations in town for friendliness and great service until these past two weeks. It appears to have a new supervisor who is less than friendly and quite abrupt. Though I don’t see all the great baristas from before- hopefully they haven’t moved- I hope this place will become the coffee shop that brightens my day like it use to. Working as a health care worker these days - friendliness is key!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this location last wednesday and it was by far the best experience i’ve had in a starbucks. with minimum wage jobs, it is often minimum effort by employees. not the case here. mark helped me out and not only that, he asked me about my day making friendly conversation. it’s the little things like that that make such a huge impact. i had to run back to my car to grab a tip!! good job to this team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered delivery and somehow received a half empty sealed iced coffee? Bottom of the bag soaked with coffee and couldn't even eat the food items as they were soggy with coffee. Sooooo disappointed. What a let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a big fan of Starbuck's but not happy that they have closed so many locations in Edmonton. I was pleased this morning to be close to this one so I could get my breve latè. This experience was fantastic today. The young ladies were friendly and professional and my treat was delicious. They may need a raise as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience at any coffee shop in Edmonton. Brittany noticed that no one was in line behind me and while I was paying she asked me about my days plans. I felt very touched that someone cared. As well you can hear her bright and sunny personality adding to such a positive atmosphere. On top of that all the staff were running as smooth as a well oiled machine. Impressive to watch!
