A supermarket, specializing in selling stationery, office supplies and furniture. What I like most about this is the "Solution Shop" area, in addition to design services, you can also fax, self-copy, use computers to print. Fast and very useful!

I ordered online for curbside pickup. Instructions say to call when you get there and they will bring out your item. I called and was put on hold, told that they are busy and will pick up the call when someone is available. I was on hold for five minutes. Then I went in when I noticed there is an "online pick up" desk. However, when I told the cashier I was there to pick up an online order, he told me to wait in line with the other customers. The whole point of curbside pick up is to avoid going into a store and avoid contact with people - now I am in line as if I bought the item in the store... Not impressed with their 'curbside pickup' system.

Great store! Pretty often do some quick printing there and got invited to International Woman's day celebration as an entrepreneur to show my business. Amazing opportunity, spent great time and made useful connection in a neighborhood!

They need more staff for evenings when most people have time to go to the copy centre, 1 or 2 doesn't cut it. 1 hour to get 3 passport pictures done.

Before buying my laptop at this location, I had bought an office chair and had a good experience. However, the next experience turned out to be disastrous for me: I purchased an Acer laptop from the salesperson, who had suggested I buy that particular laptop instead a cheaper priced Asus, which had been my first decision. He mentioned that this 'almost new' Acer, which was more expensive, would be a much more reliable computer. So, as a result of his advice, I bought the Acer. Two months later, the battery died and could not be recharged. I returned to the Staples location where I had bought it. They tested another charger and it appeared that the problem was the laptop itself, not the charger. Then, the Staples CS rep told me that they could not do anything to help me, that I would have to deal with Acer directly. I called Acer, and they said that because the computer was out of warranty they could not repair it. Apparently, the Staples salesperson had sold me a 2+ year old computer. So, without a functioning laptop, now I am out 600 dollars which I spent on the Acer, plus all of the earnings I would be making if I could still work on my job, which requires having a functioning laptop. I will never buy anything from Staples again. I keep thinking with regret, that if I had just bought the new Asus laptop, instead of listening to the Staples salesperson who talked me into buying the used Acer, I would not have this problem now.

Worst place to buy computers on sale. I bought one in 2019 and found out it was a 2017 model and only lasted 2 yrs and broke down HP laptop model. Also bought an HP desk top before this one and also lasted 3 yrs. Not a good place to buy computers. Make sure where ever you go to buy anything electric you do your research first. I will from now on. This store must be buying old computers from someone else or damaged one's for cheap and selling them as sale items. Also the staff members are very rude and if you contact the store once they take your number and mark it as a bad caller and the second time you call the store it would not go through. The only way I could get a second call in was calling the head office 1st and then they would transfer my call to the store. They are very smart and devious not helping you the right way. Never buying anything from this place again. Even if they were giving it for free. I would not take it. I strongly believe in Karma.

I have constant issues with print quality here. Often there are streaks in the prints, or the wrong colours are used. It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone as they do not answer it, and more than once orders I have placed online for pickup just disappear. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want quality work done.
