I am so glad to have discovered JDAP! Their attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding!! Jeremy is extremely knowledge and very helpful in the printing and framing process. I recently had a series of prints done here for an exhibition which turned out wonderfully. I have definitely found my preferred printing house in Toronto!

I can't thank Jeremy enough for all his patience in helping me get my art print just right. It took me a very long time to finally find a printer I can trust and someone who cares about my art as much as I do. It didn't matter if I needed a one-of print of several, he was very helpful and his prices are very reasonable. On top of everything, Jeremy is a genuinely nice human!

Jeremy and his team went above and beyond - from the moment I sent my initial inquiry to the time I got my final print in my hands, I can say that I was wholly confident in their abilities and blown away by their incredible care of my project. You can tell that Jeremy really cares about his clients and their work, and he and his team go above and beyond in everything they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else after working with JDAP - I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

The reviews were great and I was really looking forward to working with Jeremy. Unfortunately I submitted an inquiry for a quote on his website, and then another one after getting no response and heard nothing back. I sent two additional emails to ask whether he was able to take on the project I needed done, wondering if there was a technical error or he was too busy. This was over the course of a couple months. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but still no response, months later. Disappointing.

I had the very first interaction with Jeremy Does Art Prints on November 18, 2020 over the phone. We agreed to meet in person to discuss about a book project. We agreed a deadline for the delivery on December 9, 2020. I then visited him five times at his shop. He changed his mind multiple times on binding and materials, for which I was clear and even open to suggestions. He was supposed to deliver three books within December 9. He did, but all three books had a major mistake. He was able to correct the mistake within the day after. However, this caused me to miss an important deadline. Jeremy has always been aware of my request.The final three books currently have another mistake and are almost unusable for my purposes! I paid him in cash $440 for two invoices of $211.88 each for a total of $423.76. He never paid me $16.24 back as change. He then called a few days after saying he wants the first three books with the mistake back as he said I did not pay for those! The final three books he delivered, as I mentioned, have a mistake too! When I told him, look I missed a deadline because of your lack of attention and approach and your work has flaws, his response was: the deadline is your responsibility and since the books are handmade flaws are part of the process. I never asked Jeremy for handmade books. I asked for an open spine binding and a special cover. That's all I asked. He went through his process and calculations of expenses and after proposing other solutions, I personally did not like, he opted for the open spine. At that point I sincerely expressed my gratitude to him. I was happy but eventually the aforementioned ordeal began. Nonetheless, I paid $423.76 for dummies and not for a presentable finished product. Highly disappointed.
