★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount signs scam in that place, you take shirt says 40% discount you go to the cashier then say oh no there is no discount because doesn’t apply on that one. Never ever in that old navy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an item that I wanted to pay for at the Old Navy at the Stockyards and was in a rush. There were two cashiers. One was with a customer and was taking quite some time because she was explaining something. The other cashier was folding clothes and putting them on hangers. She clearly saw me but made no move to wave me over and left me waiting. I left my item and walked out. Customer service fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought jeans from here they looked nice the next day at work the jeans ripped showing my neither regions for every to pleasure and mock. Please have spare pants and always wear shorts underneath save yourself the embarrassment I faced life is tough old navy makes it rough.

Was here for a store pickup. Staff at the counter mentioned that they don't have my order and walked away without giving any solution. After waiting for half an hour another staff (store manager I guess) came up and mentioned that I will have to cancel my order and only then they will be able to proceed with my new order. Seriously! It was your mess and you should have rectified it. Please treat your customers with dignity and not like a piece of junk.
Will never ever come to your store for any purchase henceforth.
With deep regrets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and open store lots of space to walk through the aisles and well-organized. There's good signage for keeping your distance given covid and all of the staff are wearing masks and are able to give you a hand if needed. Everyone was very nice and lots of space inside the store to move around just to repeat.
