★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are incompetent and management is rude. When a customer is spending $2000 on a product they need to learn how to make sure it’s the right thing. Management were extremely rude when I went to exchange the product for the right thing and tell me they don’t even sell the product! Train your employees properly and treat customers respectfully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I felt at ease when going to the copy area. Some staff cheerful. Others give a huff puff attitude giving short answers and I must return 3 more x for help b⁴ I can print a return label. Neither Visa debit nor a Mastercard access card access the printer. Ok..but neither did my dads (strictly) visa work. So...we bought a prepaid copy card.
Could've been an option Given first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visits to Staples are usually for things like printing, photocopying and their delivery service. The staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating. Any anxiety goes away with their help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to have 2 copies made. Was told I would have to leave the job with them. I said "for 2 copies?" and was essentially yelled at by the middle-aged man behind the copy counter. Started to go over to the copy yourself machines and just had a debit card. Needed a copy card. Was told I could not use better paper in those ones because if the machine jammed it would be big money to fix. It really got hard to just get 2 copies done on better paper! Plus I did not like being treated like a kid questioning an immature parent. I think he might have been a supervisor because when I started to leave the store, he was out on the floor giving direction to one of the staff. Customers are people, not annoyances. Your service was poor and your voice was overly loud!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally impressed with customer service all round today at this Staples store. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful sales clerk at the counter for photocopies etc and he helped me out with running the photocopier.His name was unique and he had blue in his hair.
I was looking at computer monitors for gaming and Sal helped me out and answered my questions and he was awesome to deal with. I bought a curved monitor and my son was beyond happy with it.The new manager was very helpful as well with locating the monitor and asking Sal to carry out to my car. I seriously was impressed with the great customer service I received today and thank you, I will be back!
