★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store in theory. The staff are friendly and will ask you I'd they can assist. They're on the ball.
However, once you find that special item especially electronics...well, be prepared for it to be out of stock for months. (I attempted to pick up a monitor, laptop, gaming tower and even a mouse...)
With not one success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pro and to me a con, but customer service is above and beyond, beyond being negative when I say I don't need help and I get asked 3 more times by other sales reps within 5 minutes.
Very friendly employees though and had a decent stock and selection of items.

We were looking to have a project printed and Danielle at the print centre, sat with us and worked us through the project and helped bring it to life! It turned out amazing, the service was outstanding and the project was affordable. Thank you to Danielle at Staples Fort McMurray!!

Ashley however went above and beyond at every turn to make sure I was taken care of. She turned a 2 star experience into a 5 star one with amazing customer support
