Best Motel in Canada

J	Jillian Gordon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are your basic, no frills hotel rooms, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. The front desk staff was friendly and got us checked in an hour before the actual check-in time. To top it all off, you really can't beat the price

Small kitchen area provides essentials. Bathroom is big enough to comfortably move around and open doors. Good breakfast makes it a great place to base yourself
A	Aaron Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very comfortable. It is not the newest building around town but what it lacks on novelty it makes up in comfort. The front desk lady was very friendly and kind, even for Canadian standards. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The one thing I would recommend them is to change is the cleaning agent/chemical uses in the rooms. The smell is pleasant but overpowering. It might be too strong for some. If you are looking for a cozy, clean and very affordable stay in town u can't go wrong with BCM (unless you are very sensitive to strong flowery smells lol)
L	Len Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: I got the room with the single queen bed and the room was much larger than expected! There was what seemed to be a small kitchenette area with an actual Keurig machine, mini fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and several cupboards. It was a pleasant surprise. The continental breakfast was very good as well. Scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, pancakes, toast, fruit, coffee, juices, muffins, cookies and more! Well worth the money. The room cleaning staff were very accomodating as well. Cons: the building could use some upgrades. It is starting to show its age. The bathroom door did not close all the way in my suite, cracked tiles throughout rear entry, rear entry door latch getting worn out. Conclusion: I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not impressed with the upkeep and condition this place was in. Very outdated. Overpriced as far as I'm concerned for the condition. The shower had very little pressure and as you can see from the pics, the install of the shower curtain was ridiculous as it took up half the shower. The only positives were the continental breakfast was good with lots of variety and the rooms seem to be well insulated from noise.

Some woman was pounding on the door next to our room and so my partner had a hard time sleeping. The sink for the bathroom isn't actually in the bathroom so that was a bit odd. The breakfast in the morning was decent with all amenities present for coffee or tea. Their pancake making machine was probably the highlight. My biggest issue with the hotel would be that the hallways and the room had a pervading smell of cigarettes. Maybe add some air fresheners to the rooms and halls?

The manager blames Covid restrictions but yet the BCMI in Lac Le Biche have food and hot beverages in the mornings for their guests. They try to have you go to the restaurant next door instead. Very poor effort given to repeat guests and company accounts. Disappointing
