★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying with this hotel quite often through our company, I'm no longer going to stay here and will go to another hotel. It is not good customer service when you ask for a complimentary bottle of water and get refused and told to go somewhere else to get one. I can understand if I was only there for a couple of nights but I have been a long standing customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly front desk staff, especially the one working nights sept 13th. The room itself is fairly clean just not hot water and the Ac does nothing. Pricing is fair so will be back.
Minimal parking onsite but lots of street parking but make sure to lock up and remove valuables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My honest opinion in the stay isn’t great, $200 a night here for a bedroom not even up to date. Everything is ran down in the room. You’d think they’d upgrade by now for this price. And now the worst part about this place is the garage. I like that it’s heated and stuff, but I walked the garage and I saw just one camera, and even had dust on it, and the halls and elevator stink like someone s*** themselves and cigarettes. I don’t think ima stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this would be a great hotel if it wasn't for the drunks running up and down the halls all night and the parties going on outside. Beds are great. Rooms are spotless. Pub downstairs has fantastic food. Just don't expect to sleep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has nice underground parking. Kinda smells like a old apartment. The furniture and beds have never been replaced. Bring your own glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was okay the elevator made noises that I've never heard before. Had our truck broken into because their cameras weren't working and one day woke up with no truck...... got stolen from the underground parking. Beds and pillows were super comfy though
