The shower booth is quite nice, but it hasn't been cleaned in a while (I had the ideea to check the upper corner, a place where I used to put the soap in some cheap shower boots, and I regretted!) The sink is nice, though... :) The heating /cooling system is so noisy (the fan) that I rather closed it during the night (which was just fine, I guess that the bathroom electrical heating was enough, with the door opened). The rest is all right for a person (some drawers, a coffee machine (the kind with a plastic capsule, Koerig, I think), beatiful lamps, a Samsung flat screen TV (around 43 inches diagonal, I think) with quite enough DTV channels, Canadians and U. S., like Fox... :) ) Bed and linen: OK, too much static, but it's probably due to the dry air. There is a chair and a micro desk, and also an armchair (and the isn't room for more...). Yes, there is a hanging storage, with hangers, but not much. Not much to go around if you want to dry your wet clothing... And the small fridge, and other minor electrical tools. I stayed there four nights, the first evening I was bothered by some noisy partying (with the hallway door opened...), I called the reception and they fixed it. So, overall, OK, I would stay again ...
M	Mike Brownhill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are a good size and clean. Nice to have a mini fridge but would have preferred one with a freezer in it. Hotel is a bit light on amenities, but has restaurants and a microbrewery nearby. Biggest issue I had was that the fans wouldn’t turn off entirely and they were noisy during the night. Not horrible, but silence would have been better.

When told the guy at reception next morning he was like yeah its just a spider what’s the problem. Problem is your attitude towards your customer and listening and showing empathy. Room 133. Photos attached. GOT A NICE REPLY ABOUT SPIDER and Your due diligence ….BUT READ MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AGAIN IT WAS NOT ABOUT SPIDER. I THOUGHT HOTEL INDUSTRY WAS HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY BUT GUESS WHAT I WAS WRONG. Date 19Aug2021…

There was no breakfast included when I stayed, but I am happy with the price and there are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. There is a Keurig coffee machine in room, much better than instant coffee! The only thing that can be improved is sound proof, maybe the surrounding area is very quiet so any sound at midnight feel loud.
I	IGotThis 4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the price was the reason for 3 stars. The room and price did not match up. The TV really small. The room did not even come with kleenex. 185$ not worth it Honestly. The receptionist was really sweet that's why I gave 3 stars and not 1 star.

We had checked the prices in Expedia and bookings.com and told the front desk we have seen this so and so pricing and would like to book in that price! This person dint take an attempt to cross verify and informed us there is no way we are getting that particular price! We booked through the online platform and checked in to the hotel! I might have taken my business else where if it wasn’t in the middle of the night! Breakfast was not included! Our trouble did not end there, when my husband was returning from the reception he tripped on the ice in front of the building and he was bleeding from the fall! After seeing him fall I see a person coming to shovel the ice from the pathway! The place was poorly lit and I am sure the hotel could afford to use some snow salt but I think their priorities are different Rooms - 3 stars Staff - 0 stars Ambience - 2 stars Parking- 0 stars ( in the early hours , around 5 AM we were woken up by a loud noise from the parking, it was their snow removal vehicle) they should have picked another time to do it! Restaurant was closed , breakfast was not included! At least the rooms were clean and well maintained!
