Positive: Cleanliness Negative: We picked it for the continental breakfast but got a packaged muffin and fruit cup instead.

-5 if I could rate this hotel honestly. Long story short, I booked thru Hotels.com and was supposed to get 2 bed main floor room. I was driving back from Cape Breton Island and got in at 2:30 am. When we went to our room it was a 2nd floor single queen bed. I specifically rented ground floor as my dad is elder an I came with my dachshund which both can’t and shouldn’t climb the flight of stairs. Complained to front desk and he told me no main floor rooms available. So he gave us 2nd floor room 2021, 2 double beds. I woke up and by the afternoon I was cover from neck to toe in bed bug bites. Called the hotel and now I have to wait to speak to the accountant about being charged 2 times for one night stay and the creepy crawlers that fed on me all night. Honestly I’m very disgusted with the whole situation.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and nice. The continental breakfast could be a bit better. Just a yogurt, muffin and fruit cup in a paper bag. But overall was a good stay. Would stay again .

This is a good, pet friendly hotel , but was a diminished experience because of the hotel front desk rep Cathleen/ Cathy. I asked for dental floss and she just signaled the vending machine , which wouldn’t have it. Then, went back after my shower and asked for lotion , as there was none in my room. It seemed that she was just annoyed at the fact that I was asking. And she said she didn’t have it. I was incredulous that a hotel wouldn’t have it in their amenities - most hotels do by the way - I worked for Marriott chains for 4 years, and I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels world wide. I can guarantee that the room (that is open currently) that contains everything for room service has lotion. Regardless , I asked again, and she said “that if my room doesn’t have it, then she doesn’t have it”. I proceeded to ask for her name. I am appalled at how customer service continues to decrease in the quality and the amenities are overshadowed by these ppl who’d much rather prefer I don’t interrupt their Netflix show in their computer (which by the way, any front desk is not allowed to do so, but she was barely able to hear me from the volume of her show). Overall, I am very disappointed. I will not be staying at a Wyndham chain again. I much rather pay more for any Marriott / delta / Sheraton chain as I usually do. For the hotel management - what a shame, that you have 1 employee that just ruined the whole experience .

We had absolutely nothing to complain about during our recent one night stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. There are several restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. There is a vending machine with snacks and drinks and another one with beer. There is an ice machine. A bag breakfast was provided that contained a muffin, a fruit cup, and yogurt. A coffee maker and coffee are in the room.

Positive: Couldn't ask better for the price. We were travelling at night, so, just stopped for a few hours of sleep. Well situated, close to the highway. Very clean and the staff was friendly. Coffee, muffins, fruits in the morning. So, it was perfect for our need Negative: Everything was perfect

Pretty standard days Inn. Clean. Beds are firm the pillows are a little flat and they only had 2 on the bed. Shower was huge with great water pressure. Breakfast is really limited right now, sadly they have a microwave and toaster but nothing to make in them (it's a cold breakfast right now, so it would be nice if they just had to go bags). Only coffee in the room (no tea which is disappointing after a long travel day). Staff were all really nice and friendly.
