Ps....the coffee is always on ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to UFA to purchase an "EasyHeat Thermostat Control" for an inline electric heat tape that goes inside a pipe. My contractor bought this unit from UFA about 4 ago but it failed and It needs replacement. I could not find it in the store. I talked to a salesman and explained what I needed and that it was purchased through them. The said if they do not have one on the shelf, then they do not carry it any more and with Covid not much chance of finding one. I asked if he could check on line for it, maybe another UFA has one? Not a chance he says, the request will have to go Calgary first to search and they will contact back. I gave my phone number but not holding my breath to ever get a reply! Just a cold way to treat a customer!
