M	Maria Uranga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying nonstop to reach you and it's IMPOSSIBLE even after I went to emergency at smh and dr Kingsley referred me to you, I went there in person and the security was very nice when he asked me to leave and reach you by phone which again is IMPOSSIBLE.
J	J L R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because I only spoke to one doctor, Dr Deborah Robertson, but that appointment was not helpful in the slightest. She asked why I wanted to see her. I said I was diagnosed with PCOS so I wanted to know what I may be at risk for and what options I have to make it easier. She suggested the birth control pill, and I said that I was on it in high school and I think it was giving me more seizures (I have a seizure disorder). Then she went on to say that seizure meds can be affected by birth control but not the other way around... and when I told her that actually, it's common for hormonal treatments to cause seizures in some people who are susceptible, she just got irritated and said "Well, that's your only option." I asked if there are any dietary changes I can try, and her response was a monotone "There is no evidence that dietary changes have any effect on PCOS." And after a pause she then asked if I wanted to send the notes from this appointment to my current GP, and the call ended. My partner has reduced their soy intake and made other dietary changes, which has really helped their PCOS symptoms. I was hoping I could at least have a discussion about it with this doctor, maybe get experimental, but it seems she doesn't have any interest. Plus, PCOS has a comorbidity rate of something like 25% in people who menstruate with epilepsy, so I was hoping she would know about that too. I'm hoping to find a gynecologist who is more educated on these topics.

I recently had a laparoscopic hysterectomy and I could not be more pleased with the result. Moreover, I was treated with respect and compassion by the entire team. Highly recommend this team!

I just want to Thank Doctor Dana Soroka for the time that she took to see my mother, Mrs. Helene Shore today back on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Furthermore, I took some pictures of ME and my mother working at their Reception Desk in the Gynecology Department. A	Amanda T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kives told my mom she was cancer free after her endometrial surgery and now my mom is battling stage 4 colon cancer that has matastis to the liver and elsewhere. How this was missed is Beyond me. Highly recommend choosing another doctor.

Horrible staff with an intention of personally getting back at patients. Sadistic approach towards customers and zero empathy at a place where people will be expecting to be helped. Disgusting and most incompetent place to take your loved ones.
B	B F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here thinking a place full of female specialists would finally be the saving grace to an on going issue I’ve been having for 5 years now that has severely impacted my mental health. I was completely wrong. My first visit here was in 2018 after waiting 8 months to get an appointment. After I left that appointment I cried my eyes out because I was completely dismissed. I won’t go into detail about what my health issue is but the appointment lasted no more than 10 mins. I was examined for 30 seconds and told everything looks “normal “ and I was given NUMBING CREAM and antidepressants to cover up my symptoms. I was in total disbelief that a specialist could dismiss everything I’ve been experiencing for years because I looked “normal” to her. No tests were ever done even in the 4 other appointments I had. Each appointment consisted of them telling me I look fine and giving me a new prescription to try like a Guinea pig. I’m so sick of this.
B	Becca rex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4th-floor Diabetes clinic(pregnancy) I am 8 months pregnant I did have appointment for the ultrasound and I had done on time at 12:30 and they told me to wait. I had another appointment at to see a doctor at 1:30. The women who took me in she so rude and rushed me to do blood pressure.1:45 She even told me she doesn't have the whole day. I told her to give me a second I have to take off my jacket after she took my blood pressure she told me to wait in the hallway. I waited 30 min and the ppl in the hallway come after me they are leaving before me. I told the lady I am without food for more than 4 hrs and told me to wait and when is my turn and waited for more than 1.5 hours and mentioned to her I need to see a doctor because I am shaking and I needed food and she said your turn next and then she calls someone and let in who is came after me. When I told the doctor thay keep saying sorry and my blood pressure went high and I felt dizzy. They let me in and give a good result for 5 min. The doctors are nice but the taker is rude. Even I got good news she was rude and unprofessional. I went home at 2:45 there is no such a thing as appointment time. I am disappointed.
