★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved going to visit my family gravesite. I was told by one of the caretakers that all the flowers and momentos left at the site needed to be removed due to maintenance. I was unsure of what was going on so I tried calling the cemetery to ask someone who would know. When Bernadette called me back she was extremely rude to me when I had a legitimate question.
She claimed I had no right calling to ask about a tombstone that isn't even mine! Well my name is on it... So I'm pretty sure it's mine and my family's. This person was so rude to me for no reason and now I have bad feelings towards st.marys cemetery. All I wanted to know is if we had to move the garden and flowers in front of the tombstones because the caretaker said it would be taken away at the end of the month if we didn't.
Very upset with the way I was treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about the troubles experienced by the other reviewers, however the last couple of days have been spent pre-planning funeral arrangements with my parents and I can only say Bernadette was kind, considerate, patient, knowledgeable and even had a good sense of humour. Pre-planning is definitely not a fun activity, but she made it much more bearable... Thank you.
