★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There needs to be more staff . It is an impossible job for one individual with excessive wait times . Presently waiting with individuals who have been trying to get their report in for days. Information could be filled in online and then show up for verification . Only supposed to be 5 individuals in lobby but it is too cold for people to wait in their cars . People having to go away and be called to come back.
