★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite places to go in Richmond Hill. I hadn't been in quite some time, and went the other day and the service was amazing, the food was outstanding and it felt so good to be back. They've redecorated, I havent been for a while, and it looks great. Keep up the amazing work - some of the best wings in town! Can't wait to go back!

Food was not delicious as in Northyork branch. Waitress service was not really nice. I spilled pop and waitress even didn't wiped floor until we leave. My kids were there and worried if they could slip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience today was not my expectation. Been to many restaurants but for some reason which is unusual for St Louis where I attended as a regular spot was lacking service. Place had at most 8 customers in the entire place most who were regulars which was obvious where our server sat down at their table to chat while our food and drinks were empty: Our server cleared tables where the customers were done and paid and walked straight by our table twice which no acknowledgement of being done our meals or drinks. Got up and walked to the bar for one drink as by then had been waiting for 10 minutes with at that time no one in the dining area and still no server. I personally will not be attending this location again in the near future. Suggest taking care of your customers first before clearing tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here with couple friends since Allstars was closed for some weird reason... and honestly it was a waste of money, we were 4 guys that ordered beers and 5 pound if wings and every single wing flavour we got was very very bad, the jerk was burnt, the dry flavored wing was oily, the other flavors were just very poorly made, we didn't enjoy the food and we even told the waiter but they don't really care lol. I'm surprised she even brought us the burned sauce jerk chicken it was pitch black and tasted disgusting. The only good thing was the fries. I would avoid at all cost if your going for wings. And what's happening with the pricing ?? Before a pound was like 11 bucks now it's 20+$$ and the quality is extremely low

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A different st Louis, same incredible food, server was quick and recommended a new flavor that was great, all in all great place, distancing is set up awesome too, although as we were leaving, around three a potty mouthed bartender started, she was mussin and cussin up a storm, kinda trashy, not good, but still a great visit, I'll be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional and rude waitress they have. The standard is under your expectation, even you can find it from the shape of decoration. If you ask for drink menu you probably face with this answer : " we have only 4 models of beer ask us to bring for you." Persian waitress told us they are out of beer and suffering from shortage of everything. they are almost broke. Place was full of drunk Chinese workers. It is not a place for family anymore. It was a terrible experience we had on Wednesday night, After all:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love St. Louis poutine! This time was a bit too much on the gravy but overall good portion and good quality as long as fair price. Staff was really nice while ordering take-out and picking it up. My take-out order also took around 10 minutes which is so reasonable. Nice and sustainable packaging.
