The wings were overcooked so the seasoning didn't stick well. So they were almost plain. The nachos were overcooked, so the cheese was more or less burnt and when I tried to peel the cheese off the paper they use, the ink (and probably other toxic stuff they use on paper like that) came with it. That being said, I've been to this place a few times. Service is always great, but yeesh the food.

Ordered wings ($20.99) and a cob salad (17.99) as a takeout order on 28/01/22. After arriving home I opened the stapled bag to see the cob salad has three small slices of chicken on top. Upon calling the store asking how much chicken is usually on their cob salad I was addressed by the employee on the other line on the phone by them stating “Hun how about you try by starting with the issue you’re having with your order instead of asking how much chicken is on the salad”. Poor practice of customer service her attempt to sweet talk or undermine the customer due to their poor food preparation. My issue was not rectified by the store so when I attempted to press the issue with another employee the only response was “I’m the only manager on duty” the employee was taken back when I addressed that they were not speaking to a customer appropriately and did not respond further to my issue by simply hanging up the phone. Other than unqualified there’s a number of words I could use to describe this employee at St.Louis St. Albert but I’ll choose to keep this review PG and simply address that this establishment has little hope for success with their current customer service model.

I find the wings to have a lot of batter and not enough sauce. The first 15 boneless they start you with will fill you up though. Price is good but taste is average.
