S	S Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t write reviews but feel the need to offer this feedback to other prospective patients. This will be a waste of your time, money and effort. I saw Dr. Mandeleew and there was nothing helpful that I took away. She just goes over the same generic information that can be found everywhere else. As the other reviews said, it seems like they only care about the money here, not the patients.
G	Gabrielle Huston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Springboard has been incredibly helpful in my journey with ADHD. While the prices could make your eyes pop out of your head sometimes, the service is absolutely worth it, and coverable by insurance. You also don't have to stay with them longer than you want - they can refer you to coaches or therapists outside of their offices with lower costs, and you can be referred back to your family doctor once you've found a medication that's working for you. These are just a few examples of the way they go above and beyond other health services I've seen. Everyone is friendly and well mannered, but I'd like to draw specific attention to the administration team for exceeding expectations: other secretaries or office administrators can be fairly aloof, though not unfriendly. At Springboard, the administration is incredibly welcoming, eager to help, and even remembers my name and makes small talk with me if I'm in the office. You really feel like you're talking with a real person who understands how difficult this can be, rather than someone who's just there to book your next appointment and take your money. If you can afford it, I absolutely recommend Springboard services to help you or your child get diagnosed.
C	Claire Frye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly structured operations which leave patients in flux for at least one or several months between each stage of the assessment. They are doing their best in trying times. But a lot could be improved with a more streamlined process.

D	Doris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially referred here as my therapist thought I may have high functioning adhd but wasn't in a position to offer a diagnosis. In the final report provided, they noted that I may have adhd but they're unable to offer a conclusive diagnosis as I was functioning at a high level ( In my opinion, this defies the reason I came here in the first place. It seems that some patients had positive experiences, but to me it was not worth the time or money. Edit: In response to the reply, I did bring this to the clinic's attention and had a follow-up chat which resulted in this same conclusion.
C	Craig Marsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was first confronted by the possibility of having ADHD I thought that it didn't matter if I had it because even if I did, what was I supposed to do about it? Springboard walked me through the process of finding out if I did indeed have ADHD and helped me understand what could be done working with me to find MY best course of treatment. Springboard helped me unsaddle the burden of ADHD and identify its blessings in my life. I can't say enough about how Springboard made a positive impact in my life. I will note for those of you looking for a silver bullet that this is not something Springboard can fix for you. You have to do the work!
M	Mohamed Hegazy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An immediate family member of mine walked into this clinic with depression and was seeking an ADHD diagnosis. After being “treated” he was prescribed amphetamines at high doses and ended up with permanent psychosis. The clinic did nothing about it after receiving several complaints, and his psychiatrist CONTINUED to prescribe the same amphetamines after being presented with ample evidence that the patient was rapidly deteriorating under his “care” and was responding negatively to the treatment. I urge everyone to steer clear, as mentioned in other reviews, they just don’t care.

Being diagnosed with ADHD really turned a corner for me in my life. Becoming aware of such a thing is not an easy process. I feel like Springboard helped me navigate what it all meant for me in a very positive way. Thank you Springboard!
