★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. We took 4 Taxis in one day on our visit. UniCity blows these guys out of the water with how nice the drivers were. Our Springs driver took us over 6KM extra to go from The FORK Market to the Zoo .
He was rude when I asked why we were going the long way said well I didn't run my GPS this time... Watch out anyone visiting from out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i hate spring taxi its garbage. The cab driver just passes my home and i was thanking he was making a u turn but he did´ít and i waited 20 mins (DON´T CALL SPRING TAXI ITS JUST A BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO ARE RUDE AND SCAM).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company outsourced to another. The driver could not accept Visa when I told Spring Taxi that was my method of payment. The driver was rude and lazy. He could not wait to start driving when neither myself or my wheelchaired companion were secured in the van. I was utterly appalled but had little choice as we were headed to the hospital. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made 3 calls for their services and got one cab ?. Don't expect service with a smile or speedy pickup. Annoyed with rude dispatcher who was upset I had called her 3 times to have a cab come to me. I know how wrong of me ?
