INTENTIONALLY DOUBLE CHARGER - Upon our destination the driver requested payment .. in which we provided. We were told payment did not go through however the payment machine said successful on our end.. the driver insisted he did not receive payment. We paid again but were suspicious so I took a picture of the cab number (377). He then became furious. It was clear he was in the wrong and was caught. After looking at our bank statements it showed we were DOUBLE CHARGED. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I called and book a handi-van for a girl in a wheelchair. The guy gave me the price and a confirmation number. He asked how I was paying - and I said that I'll pay in cash when the van arrives. The day before the pick up was supposed to happen,I called back to confirm. I held on the line for 8 minutes and then got through. I spoke maybe 5 words to the rude woman who answered the phone - and then she hung up on me. I called back again - another 10 minutes on hold. This time a man answered. I gave him my confirmation number - he looked it up and said, yes they would be there - if possible on time. He then said that he saw on the the booking that I was planning to pay when the girl arrived at my place in the van. I said yes, and he told me that it should not have been booked that way because they do not accept payment at the end of the ride. Say what??? But why was I not told this when I booked. So now - no ride for girl to come for lunch. Undependable - unreliable. What is going on at Duffys?? Shame shame. No wonder you have so many bad reviews.

Unprofessional, unethical and disrespectful company. In the app it mentioned, your taxi will be at your spot in 1 minute. But, took 15 minutes. I got call β€œ your taxi is outside”. I went out and waited for 5 minutes, but no taxi at all. I phoned the support team as taxi driver didn’t answer di calls, the support team agent didn’t listen a word but keep saying yout taxi is outside. Also, they charged me late fees of 80 cents ( no big deal) but it was unreasonable. I haven’t seen that bad customer is my entire life. I wish if I can give them 0 star.

Identical to Unicity, which basically means terrible service. We pretty much all know that by now. Here's something to watch out for based on my most recent experiences with Duffy's (Unicity applies too). If the driver asks you how much it normally costs to get to your destination, either tell him exactly because you DO know, or get out if you don't and find another driver. This one's looking to scam you as recently I played dumb and said no, and somehow a $9-10 ride ended up $11-12. Next, pay attention to the card reader if you are paying by card. Many drivers take your right to choose if you want to tip them away from you and pick whatever they want, you just need to tap and forget about it. Pay attention to your fare total and if that reader doesn't give you the option to apply a tip, well that driver already applied it without your consent. This also applies with cash. Recently I gave cash and he helped himself to a tip I didn't consent to and gave me less change back. Please, just be more aware when using their services. Some drivers are nice and honest, but let's be real, based on the star rating, the good ones are few and far between.

Fast service. Nice driver. On time & efficient. I've never had a bad car/driver though have heard some have. In car cameras would be great for both driver & passenger to avoid issues others have had

Yesterday I had a horrible experience with them. I called and booked a taxi and then went down to the door to wait, and wait and wait. After about 20-25 minutes I called again and spoke to a guy who was kind of rude and said they had no record of me booking one and said "I'll see what I can do" and hung up. Turned out he did nothing as I still waited and waited. I called again and booked again. Still no taxi came. My building's maintenance man saw me waiting and how upset I was and so he tried calling for me and spoke to a woman who had the nerve to say they didn't have any record of me booking and blamed the weather! By then I had been waiting over an hour! It shouldn't take that long because of the weather! And she said they'll send one. Well they still didn't send one. Half an hour more waiting and then I gave up and went trudging through the snow and caught the bus instead. I was so upset(practically in tears!) that they made me an hour and a half late for work! Which I'll probably get in trouble for and could possibly lose my job! Not cool! ?

I use the cab daily. And almost every day they demand money upfront!!! As i was left in the cold at the bank when I paid upfront! And when I refuse they won't take me?! Even after showing them I'll pay them after the rise is done! I like to tip but only if the cabby isn't rude! I

At 11:38pm on May 4th, 2022 I witnessed a Duffy's taxi #346 with license plate HRV 880 driving for several minutes (until I lost sight of them) with a passenger in the back holding a 2-3 year old on their lap. Driver looked back a couple times (when kid bumped his seat) but seemed to not care about it. Adding a couple pics but hard to see the kid due to it being dark and kid moving around a lot. Shame on them endangering lives, especially of little children
