★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'était officiellement la dernière fois que j'entrais là. Jamais de grandeur de disponible super mur de choix mais rien de rien en stock. Le vendeur montre le nouveau modèle à mon fils qui a l'air intéressé et lui répond ah oui nouveau ? Le vendeur oui oui même pas 1h qu'on les a. Arrive pour essayer bin devinez quoi pas sa grandeur !
Service moyen vendeur limite arrogant avec mon fils de 10 ans très posé. Ce ne sont pas tous de petit baveux voyons !
Le vendeur me parle de pénurie.. ok oui maintenant sauf que vous à la place Longueuil c'est depuis bien longtemps.
It was officially the last time I entered there. Never any size available super wall of choice but nothing in stock. The seller shows the new model to my son who looks interested and replies oh yes new? The seller yes yes not even 1 hour that we have them. Arrive to try bin guess what not its greatness!
Service average seller limit arrogant with my 10 year old son very composed. It's not all small droolers see!
The seller talks to me about shortages.. ok yes now except that you instead Longueuil it's been a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! I bought a bike a week ago in another Sports expert store and it needed to adjust the break. I'm not sure the policy of that, but I talked to 3 different people from 3 different stores (including Longueuil) and they told me that I can go there to have it fixed with no charge. For my surprise, the guy who received me to adjust that was super rude (and he said that he is also the manager) and he told me that he will charge me, as I didn't buy my bike there. It's just frustating how so many employees gave the wrong information. I had so much problem in this store that I will never recommend it. In fact, I recommend the employees need urgent a training, so everyone will give the right information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went, I was recommended the wrong pair of shoes. Was looking for running shoes for in and outdoor running, but was shown and sold trekking shoes.
Went back for an exchange and they were reluctant, but ended up giving me store credit, because running with the first pair I bought were creating rashes on the bottom of my feet.
All in all, I now have the perfect pair of running shoes and was very well advised the second time around.
Overall experience was great! But frustrating at times.
