★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quebec Urban Planet stores have the worst in-store customer service I have ever experienced at any retail store in my life. I never used to shop there to begin with and when I decided to start, I realised why I will no longer be visiting another one ever again.
The only reason this is getting 2 stars, is because emailing customer service at least tried to help me in some way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed at 5h20pm already. As i saw the young girl closing putting the alarm/locking behind her. It was probably closed before this i'm sure.
Its supposed to close at 6pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never buy from here, and I will not offer it to anyone. The management is very rude and impolite. Their customer service is literally awful. And I saw how they threw a customer out of the store while they were to blame. I hope they change their approach before they lose all their customers. I have seen bad behavior before and said maybe they are tired but for the second time it can not be forgiven.?

To the worker with the pink hair, please learn how to communicate with others in a humane manner. Otherwise, you do not deserve your position. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disrespectful and horrible staff, I got yelled at because I didn't want to buy things I couldnt try on there because their dressing room was closed. I told her in this case I am not comfortable buying without having tried beforehand. A manager came back to talk to me aggressively and told me to read before entering. that she had put in writing that the cabin was not usable and that I should not have come in this case. that you have to know how to read. I told her sorry if that frustrated her I didn't know and it was not my intention. she answers me, I'm not frustrated, you just have to read. that I'm not the only one. I told her in this case tell the people who enter the store if she wants people to know and replied that they are just 3... in any case I don't think these are good reasons to treat customers like that. I felt attacked for something that is not even clear. Anyway it's not their job to replace the clothes even if I just take 1 out of 30 pieces. So what I don't take the 5 pieces I wanted to try. Management should change its not a good exemple for employees.
