She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select tubs, trims, sinks and toilets for our new home. Chriscel made a stressful and challenging job much easier and kindly addressed all our dumb and annoying issues and problems with patience and courtesy to ensure that we were completely happy and satisfied.
Because of the great service that we received from Chriscel, Andrew Sheret is our go to place for plumbing and heating supplies, they are lucky to have a committed and caring employee like Chriscel !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there this morning, needing a replacement Pull Down hose for Moen kitchen faucet. Hose had a hole/tear, since Thurs. Took awhile searching but they found the correct part. Took about 5-10 mins to change out and no leaks. Thank you Mariya for your help!!

When I learned she was no longer working there I set out to find her as it wasn't just the supplier that impressed me.......it it was Anita. She is thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Anita provides excellent professional service. She knows her products. You can't make a mistake when you work with Anita at Splashes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with showroom staff member Claudia was excellent. My visit was not planned, and I did not come with dimensions for the replacement bathroom sink I need. Based on my vague recollections, we narrowed the choices down to two. She emailed me the specs for the 2 alternatives (together with the manufacturer's contact info for a problematic leaky faucet in the kitchen). Now that I have inspected the code on the underside of the existing sink, I feel confident I can place an order for the replacement sink and receive the right item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store sometimes last week at the show room by 1st ave ; I was very impressed when I first entered the store. I was greet by a sale staff Michelle.
She was very knowledgeable about the product and so willing to help. I was there to see a kitchen sink. I decided to buy the sink ; Michele was able to know the need of a customer. And she not only help with the sale and she was at the pick up loading area with a helper n making sure very thing was in order. I am really pleased with her professionalism in her role.
This is not my first time in the store and I will definitely support them again.
They have wide selection of bath n kitchen inventory ??.
