We were there for a couple of hours, and had all our light fixtures picked out and ordered. Upon delivery, one light had a broken fixture, which was immediately replaced and delivered no charge. Excellent customer service!! We love all of our lighting. We will definitely shop here again. Thank you Allison.

Not only are they knowledgable, they have great design sense and spent time listening to me, their client. I am a picky and cost conscious shopper. I was always treated with kindness and a high degree of professionalism. Lighting is like the final jewelry in a room. Thanks to Allison and Allen for their expertise. I wouldn't go anywhere else for lighting and bathrooms.

She is extremely knowledgeable of all lighting products and is truly able to create a collection of pieces that work perfectly together while also remaining aware of budget! She goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service... she is kind and honest.... she will work off hours to connect with you if required. Her hard work and dedication made my experience seem less and enjoyable. I recommend seeing her for all your lighting needs!

We came to Norburn Lighting after visiting a couple of other stores. One of the things that motivated us to look to Norburn was that the other stores did not provide much help in making recommendations. That’s when we met Allison Johns at Norburn. She immediately showed interest in helping us find the right dining room light and reviewing various options. When we told her we wanted to change all of the lighting in our home, Allison was most patient and helpful. Her knowledge shone through. She had great ideas that we had never thought of and in cases where we had a different notion about what we wanted, she listened and accommodated our wishes. There’s a lot to think about when deciding on this many choices, as well as the kitchen and washroom sinks, faucets and other hardware. Allison came up with wonderful suggestions, she was friendly and very dedicated to making our experience as great as it could be. Thank you very much, Allison. Pandemics and flooding aside, there is no excuse for our salesperson's, Anne, at Norburn Lighting for treating us with such disrespect by not keeping us abreast of the truth in where and when our shipment for recessed lights trims were arriving. We purchased four housings in early October and had them installed in our new kitchen ceiling. Two trims were not available however we were told they were on order from Toronto. Long story short, we had no customer service from Anne, she would not return our calls as to where the trims were or when they would arrive. Just completely ignored us by not calling or making up stories when we called her. I finally spoke to another sales person on December 19th and found that the trims were only now being manufactured in China and would not arrive until the new year. In the meantime our kitchen ceiling was looking as it does in the photo. Well, Leigh R (if you are still with/part owner of Norburn, and or Robinson Lighting, if you are associated with Norburn, I think that you should take a closer look at some of the reviews and take them more seriously. You can cancel my order for the trims, by the way.
