Spiralling Upward Fitness - Edmonton
I've been training with Sam and Ian since September and I can't believe how far I've come since I met them. They have taught me so much about health and fitness and have completely changed my life. They are very professional but we always have a great time together. Their training studio is clean and professional and they can offer you everything you need to reach your goals including a personal fitness plan. I would recommend Sam and Ian to anybody looking to take their fitness to the next level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ian and Sam are very professional and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. They have a well thought out and efficient way to work out, so I was able to achieve my goals much faster than I expected. They both provide individual attention and personalized training.
The gym itself is very equipped, but cozy at the same time. Bottom line - I would highly recommend Spiralling Upward Fitness.
