Do not support this business that has and is actively harmful to BIPOC community. They falsely advertise as "an inclusive and diverse space where all are welcome" in order to profit. They humiliated and harmed a brilliant queer Black entrepreneur and business without apology, regard or care. There are many other brilliant fitness spaces in Vancouver that will not humiliate you. Do not support this business. There are many other reports of harm at this establishment, go on their instagram to see more.

Awesome workout! I’d say don’t be too hard on yourself if you can’t keep up to the instructor the whole class - I find SpinCo is less achievable than other studios BUT also pushes your harder.

I'm new to spin. I'm normally a runner and wanted to try something new for exercise. I've been there twice now and my first class was with Emma. She was great, friendly with high energy. Would definitely repeat a class with her. My next one was with Lindsay. Another great instructor. I love the workout spin gives me and all the staff at Spinco are friendly and welcoming.

I had a really great experience here, it was my first time at a spin class so I definitely got a good workout in. It's not as intimidating as I thought it would be, everyone was friendly and helped me out. They were clear with instructions and helped me whenever I needed it. Being a part of the queer community, I had to ask about the previous negative reviews, and I was happy with the response from the manager, Sarah. It was said that they learned from the past experience, and are working with Spinco as a whole company to rectify the situation, to learn and grow from it so it doesn't happen again. Please remember that every single business needs to go through this change to become more inclusive, in fact, some major companies haven't even made it there yet. Sarah said they are working their way there, I am happy to hear that it was owned, they see their wrongs, and are working to do better. That part of Hastings is not scary or rough, there are homeless folks and crime everywhere. I wouldn't let that deter you from trying it out. Also, the entrance was locked while we were in class and someone is always at the front regardless. They gave clear instructions before class with what you needed, it is a party, I had a great time. Will forsure be coming back and would recommend to others.

i did a Tuesday class with the spin instructor Emma and it was amazing! it was my first time trying spin and i felt so welcome, plus the energy she brought to the class truly made the experience. Halfway through the workout, i already knew i'd be coming back weekly :)

I love this studio so much. I started coming in September and I’ve been hooked ever since - spin is an amazing workout for both physical and mental health, and it’s totally badass. All of the staff that I’ve met at Spinco are super lovely and friendly, and they have amazing instructors who are super supportive and totally happy to give you tips and help you progress. Highly recommend.

I have been a die hard Spin Society and Soul Cycle fan for many years and finally decided to try out SpinCo for a change. My first experience was slightly disappointing and I’m providing an honest review for others to be prepared. Location is borderline east hastings (my mistake for not checking this prior), but for some reason there were no lockers? I did not feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings in an ikea cubby in this neighborhood. Front desk were friendly enough but did not provide much instruction including the fact that there was bike assignments. For some reason we need to select our weights from some crates in a corner and bring them inside with us to our bike. Obviously, some members missed this and instructor had to swing doors open and exit spin room during class to retrieve these for them. I didn’t bother venturing downstairs to acess the bathrooms but they already seem inconvenient. Waiting area has limited seating and is awkward for putting shoes on when there’s a full house. However, the one thing I must note is that the Instructor, Emma N, was fantastic!!!
