After my first boot camp session not only was Rachel (owner & coach) cheering the members for a job well done, everyone was taking the time to recognize & encourage each other. The welcoming energy of the studio along with the support, guidance & encouragement of the coaches and other members makes Inner Fit a fitness haven. I highly recommend it!

I always feel welcomed and have such an awesome time, but also getting a good sweat/workout. We are definitely one big family and I love it. Through all of the closures that covid brought, IF has definitely gone above and beyond in maintaining the safety of the members and also pivoting how we work out. Going virtual was hard for many of us, but we adjusted and it was (and still is) carried out seamlessly. Thank you IF coaches for being there for us members and thank you IF community for the family love.

Such a variety of classes, exercise times, and an unwavering commitment to her “people” by owner, Rachel Seay. With a variety of purchase options (a ‘free” set of classes to start) you will find working out at home just makes you feel good! I repeat. Do yourself a favour and visit Inner Fit Studios.

The whole community there is wonderful and the coaches there are amazing. I have gone from a person who never loved going to the gym to now going 6 days a week and sometimes taking 2 classes a day. There is just something special about Inner Fit. I can't thank them enough for welcoming me in and their continued support in my health and well being.

My husband and I have been members for over a year and so glad we found this gym to get our fitness in a fun and challenging way. A warm inviting fitness studio that cares about you and helps you reach your goals. Rachel Seal owner trainer and all her coaches are great! Come give them a try.
