About Synergee Fitness Gym
Synergee Fitness is 4,000 square feet divided into different domains to suit every athlete’s needs. Our Reception Area houses a juice bar for you to grab a healthy smoothie during all open hours. Our Program Studio (Studio 1) which houses all of our Group Classes. This Studio houses full rig, a large selection of bumper plates, rings, GHD’s, wall balls and a rope – perfect for every Strength & Conditioning or CrossFit workout! Our Open Gym area provides a wide range of functional equipment for your own personal use: battling ropes, rowers, lifting racks, kettle and dumbbells, BOSU and stability balls, a track, foam rollers & spin bikes! And finally, we have Synergee’s amazing Spin Studio (Studio 2) houses a state-of-the-art spin theater with a 180” TV screen and mood LED lighting, which also doubles as our yoga and pilates studio. If it’s a beautiful day outside, we encourage you to take your gear to our Outdoor Workout Space and sweat in the sun! And of course, you can cool off with a shower or follow your session with a sauna in our luxurious Changerooms.

This atmosphere was warm and inviting, and most importantly safe. The risks of COVID-19 never even crossed my mind, as I the facility was thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Highly recommend this place.
