★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spencer's usually has a reasonable choice of birthday cards etc... But unfortunately the choice has become very limited over time. Same could be said for there naughty section....always had a pretty good selection....but it seems over the last few visits....the selection has been greatly reduced. Still preferable to LaSenza and La vien rose. Those two stores have become very ' little girl' orientated and not good for what they originally used to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by staff they would be open Nov 1 and 2 for their big sale. So my son and OI went to the Kenastom location only to find they closed Nov 1. So we checked their website and it said the Marian location is open until 9 on Nov 2. So we drove all the way across the city and got there at 4 pm. They locked their doors as we were walking toward the doors. They didn't acknowledge we were there when they clearly saw us at the door and they were supposed to be open for another 5 hours. Three other customers came to the door, one banged on it but was ignored. Absolutely horrendous customer service and a brutal website. Tgere is no way I would ever go back.
