★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife just went to ask simple questions about their curbside pickup because their website wasn't offering updated information, and their phone was busy. When the guy answered the door, he was nothing but rude to my wife. They need a touch of professionalism in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are extremely rude. I walked in with my son and asked general questions to a staff member regarding a product I was interested in purchasing. He / she was so arrogant and disrespectful that we left.
After reading recent reviews terrible customer service is a re-occurring problem which the manager is aware of and obviously is doing nothing.
The manager and employees at this store need to be terminated and replaced.
If I could leave 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people work there see to be to good for alot of people. When a customer stands there staring at you waiting to be served an you continue to talk about a game with your co worker and ignore the customer=customer walked out and goes next door and buys 2sets of headphones and an xBoxS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Nintendo console from them last year, been so excited, they had everything in stock. I didn't buy extended warranty coz was planning to use it at home only but after 10 months console stopped to work so I got my receipt and went to a store, I asked them to check what's going on, maybe ac adapter doesn't work or something else. But they told "oh, you didn't buy our warranty, sorry we can't do anything for you" even if it's less than year from purchase. They basically told me to f....off. I would never go again, only normal stores
