★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wondering around here with my friend who was looking for something a few months ago and got accused of stealing even though I didn't have a bag nor pockets to put anything. They said that I'd put something in my friends bag and demanded security check her bag. We wound up having to stay in the store with security until they could determine if anything was stolen or not. We didn't take anything ... Won't be going back in there again. Didn't appreciate having our stuff searched when we didn't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't shop here. They don't inform you of their return policy before purchase and when you need to return they shrug their shoulders and go"Oh well". Happened to me. They even admitted they screwed up but still won't fix their mistake. "Yes it was our fault but no we won't make it right". Thanks for treating your customers like dirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lets just talk about the fact that this store was the only place in Winnipeg that had Hand Sanitizer during the middle of the coronavirus pandemic and instead of being decent human beings they inflated the prices of the hand sanitizer to take advantage of people during the already difficult time. They jacked the price up MORE than 4X its normal price....just so they could make more money off of people while they are their most vulnerable. I will never shop here again. Everything is over-priced and junk anyways. After seeing how they took advantage of people during the pandemic i can just never forget how greedy they are!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't shop here... misinformation regarding return policies. Store manager is rude, standoffish and mouthy to customers while trying to return items bought for a child's birthday. Had to explain to the child why an exchange was not possible. Currently dealing with head office to get a the very least a store credit so I can be done with this horrible store/company.
UPDATE; head office did nothing to rectify this horrible situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place is a scam! I bought a $80 item and when I went to go return it they said thier refund policy changed one day after buying the item.. how convenient. The manager told me they can't give me my money back and tried to give me a replacement, I said no and she just said "soorryyyyyy" and walked away!
That's $80 they stole from me! Never Shop here unless you like getting scammed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have super sales ...I check online first then call store to check inventory have them hold it and go down to pick up. Today I got 20 foot detox patches for $15 & UV light to kill Virsus $10 ...great deal
